Rules and Regulations

  1. All News and Events will be posted on the list of the shop profile. Details of discounts, giveaway events and new arrivals will posted on it! =D

  2. Please use Shop's Search Box to search for more related item (like "Cat, Butterfly, Plane, Girl etc."), and Category if you want to see certain kinds of products only (like Washi tape only, Clear Stamps, Stickers, Charms, etc.).
     

For Full Rolls

  1. Please visit the list on the shop profile for complete terms and conditions.

  2. Please make sure that you read the product description carefully before you purchase.

  3. Sticker Labels of the Washi roll are not a requirements, we sell what the supplier have given to us upon arrival and we don’t guarantee the stickers label are all available.
     

For Sampler/Loops (Shopee is called “CUT SIZE”)

  1. NOT A FULL ROLL! NOT A FULL ROLL! ONLY A LOOP OF THE WASHI!

  2. Please make sure that you read the product description carefully before you purchase.

  3. Please visit the list on the shop profile for complete terms and conditions.

  4. All cut size washi tape cannot be returned or cancelled once it is paid.

  5. Actual photo, color may vary from the actual item. Photo are for reference only!!

  6. The length indicated are just an estimation on what the supplier told us. So it might not be the super exact length. Might be more or less 2~5cm difference.

  7. Since it is re-arrange and re-place into a divider it may cause some small damage on the edges of the tapes and folds due to the washi is rolled circularly.

  8. It is re-arrange and re-place into a divider so it can or maybe not perfectly wind in one straight line.
     

For Half Rolls

  1. There will be an additional fee of 20 pesos each half roll for both.

  2. I cannot promise a PERFECT HALF, because of each washi have uncertain length. It is not always 10 meters or 5 meters long. Some times longer or sometimes shorter depending from what the supplier gave me.

  3. NO CORE PROMISES. ALWAYS EXPECT HALF ROLL ON PVC BOARD.

  4. If you dont want to be rolled on PVC make sure to note it directly on the mine section. (Like “Half roll on core, Cancel if not on core”)

    Rules in FB pre-order mining : 
    Half roll, lahat ng mauna will get the core, yung mga nahuli will get the PVC.

    Sample if on comment:
    A person : 1 half
    B person : 1 half
    C person : 1 half
    D person : 1 half
    E person : 1 half

    the A and B will get the half on core, CDE will get core on PVC/Tube. but if mern mga ka partner. It will be moved.

    if gusto nyo ng core, please make sure mern kayong mahanap na ka half with confirmation, if wala pls expect na on PVC/Tube sya. Thank you!

     

This applies to all product:

  1. Size might have a slight difference from the actual item.

  2. Images are for reference only. Photo may be slightly different from actual item in term of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or due to monitor color restrictions.

  3. Sizes are mostly indicated on the photo, or on the product description, if you may have any doubts and question, please feel free to PM us to ask any questions.

  4. DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE DOUBTS OR QUESTION. DO NOT BLAME US FOR YOUR “AKALAS” and “DAHIL FEELING MO LNG”.

  5. The quality in terms of the stickiness, printing, or the design is not our responsibility, we are not the maker of it, we are only a reseller. We will try our best to choose the best product to sell, but it is not our responsibility or fault if anything goes wrong.

  6. Make sure you agree with the price, and the agreement listed here and the list on the shop profile before you place your order. Thank you!

  7. All customers that ordered COD (Cash on Delivery) and DID NOT ACCEPT the package ON PURPOSE will be added to BLACK LIST! Also, all package that are RTS (Returned to Sender) and won’t reply why it is returned or cancel will be added to black list.

  8. All delivery delay cause by the courier WILL NOT be our responsibility, always alot a 7-10 days within metro manila and 7-15 days for provincial before the event the item needed to ensure a happy shopping.

  9. No refunds and returns will be entertained upon violating the agreements stated.

  10. All Customers who have the problem above and give us 5 start below ratings will be black list and also will given 1 star rating in return.

  11. PLEASE TRY TO TALK TO US FIRST, IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEM WITH THE PACKAGE UPON ARRIVAL. We are approachable and willing to do any compensation for the mistake happens like missing item, wrong item, etc.. We are not perfect, so please spare us some patience. Thank you!

 

 

Upon Receiving the Package:

PHOTO SHOOT THE PACKAGE IF THE PLASTIC IS OPENED OR BROKEN BEFORE OPENING!!

  1. BROKEN PACKAGE: If the package is opened or broken, Please make sure to photo shoot it before opening it. We will not be responsible if no photo on hand as a proof that something is missing or broken.

  2. MISSING ITEM: For missing items, Please make sure to send to full package photo. No Photo of full packaged will be ignored.

  3. LOST PACKAGE: If it is ordered on Shopee, Shopee will do the refund for both parties. Refunds will not be given from us. If it is outside the Shopee order, we will do the best to communicate with the Courier and do the our best to negotiate with them about the refund, but please give us time for this. We can let you choose other product for replacement or refund the money back, but again please give us more time. Courier are hard to contact and long to give replies.
